1 to 2 pounds a week is a HEALTHY way to lose weight...if someone want to lose 5 pounds a week then they are going to have to starve themselves. Once they get to their goal weight and start eating regular amounts of food they will gain it all back.

Yeah I def. need to go buy one..for the most part I eat things with calorie content on the side but I am eating more meats and stuff so I think it would be good idea to weigh how much is 2 oz etc I just don't want to get too obsessed :/

ugh I hate the freshman 15 esp. when you live on campus and have a meal plan (the food at the cafeteria/lunch area is SO BAD and full of calories.)

Hi Ladies!! I just started about a month ago the Live Fit free trainer by Jamie Eason. I love weight training..My arms and back are showing the most improvement. Free free to add me and I def need to talk to more ladies who do weight lifting b/c none of my friends do it.

U can totally do this :) congrats again on making the choice to change your lifestyle!!!! Yeah it sounds hard I worked 12 hr days in the summer and it was so hard to workout so if u can't always get to the gym def use the myfitnesspal to log your calories!!!!
