After 9 hard weeks of working out hard and counting calories, I'm down 7.2 pounds!!!! I'm also now a size L/12 pants. I'm so happy that I've lost weight and was still able to eat what I want using calorie counting!

Today pants were falling off of me. I luckily had a bag of things I wanted to donate including pants that were too small for me to fit. I tried them on and they fit. No side buldges!!!! I'm officially down 1 pants size :)

I went shopping at Macy's yesterday and while I was changing I noticed my stomach looks alot smaller. I then was able to fit into a pair or high waisted jeans Size 32 which I swore were going to be too big just based on how they looked. It just felt good to not hate what I saw in the mirror!

My favorite pair of pants are simply too big! My fiance also mentioned that another pair of pants that I own were sagging alot! Also my endurance during the past few workouts has really increased!)

After 1 month of Chalean Extreme I can now do 3 regular on my toes push ups.
