My min goal is a cruise to Mexico for my 5 year anniversary!4

Completed week 1! Now onto completing week 2 and being closer to 30 lbs lost on Tuesday!
On week 3 of couch to 5k, hit 30 lbs lost on Tuesday! Next mini goal is completing week 3 and reaching 170s by October 24th.

i want to get out of the obesity zone in the cming month. my BMI is exactly 30. would like to see that change by end of october10

Thanksgiving. I am cooking for a houseful and I want to look good in my dress. I have a special apron to go with it. It's my favorite holiday and I'm having my hair done too.22

I have a few mini goals that are finally on the horizon:
1. Get into the "healthy" BMI range. (5 more lbs)
2. To have a waist measurement in the heart-healthy range. (1.5 more inches)
3. To weigh less than my husband. (7 more lbs!)
4. Be in the "healthy" body fat percentage range. (3.4% to lose)8 -
I have two at the moment:
1. To get under 200 lbs by my next doctor's appointment in December (only 10.5 lbs to go!!)
2. To fit into size L shirts by Jan/Feb (I'm on the cusp of L/XL right now, so I think this is def doable8 -
To look good in a stripy red top that I own which shows all my tummy bulges9

I want to get under 175 pounds. I have been bouncing between 175 and 179 for awhile but my body looks a lot different which means i'm making progress. Good luck to all on achieving your short term and long term goals, we've got this! Feel free to add me, I love to motivate.6

To fit back into a super cute dress that I bought a year ago and promptly 'outgrew'. I'm so close so it's definitely a motivator knowing what I do this week could be the difference between wearing it before midterms or not.7

I'm finally back at pre-pregnancy weight! Over two years later! Aaaaah it feels so good. Now I've got my eye on getting back to the 140s and running in a 5k race (like in public, surrounded by "real"runners, and being timed) byThanksgiving.13

Being so close to goal. I'm just over 1kg away. Was only a few hundred grams away a couple of days ago. I know it's only a number, but I want to tick it off before just going with a range.
Also bought a jacket that I am wearing today that is just a teeny bit too tight. (It's a M, but for sure it is the smallest M I have ever seen). So another mini goal will be being able to wear it without being conscious of tightness on the arms and across the chest. Hope I can do it though!9 -

Nine more pounds. I started MFP late March 2016 at 260 with a goal of 165. This morning I weighed in @ 208 even. I can't remember the last time I was under 200 pounds.9

My mini goal is getting back into a size 38 pair of jeans (or better!!) and my 25yr old Tilly's shorts and shirt.... that I have purposely kept in my closet. One does not throw away Tilly's clothes.....5
