Just curious, why under 100? Breakfast should ideally be a larger meal with dinner being smaller as you get closer to bed time...you need breakfast to fuel your body for the day ahead!

If we are talking about general health and wellness, its a very well known fact that too much sodium is not good for the body. And, in terms of weight loss, it causes the body to bloat and retain water. So, not good either way unless you are severely dehydrated and in need to electrolytes.

You do have a point, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you will be "healthy". You can be thin and have high blood glucose, get diabetes or even have clogged arteries. Good food does matter.

my Nike Shox makes my feet numb for the first half of my work out, too. I hate it. I think it's just the shoes for me, and I've had them for years. You should always get it checked out if you feel concerned though!

There are sooo many newbies who do this! I was one of them! Please search through the forums and research your BMR and do a BMR calcuation. just google it! You need to eat MORE than the prescribed number of calories in your BMR or your body will not function! GOodluck!

I have done these shakes for a while. They taste amazing, but in order to stay full you need to add some fruit or a tbsp of peanut butter etc. At least, I found that.
