For a start 30 minutes - 30 minutes can feel like a long time when you're exercising. When I feel fitter or more energised, I will extend that time for around another 15. If my body reaches a plateau, I will intensify the exercise.

No, never, I feel slim and happier, but it does take a while to get used to the smaller sizes, sometimes it's hard to believe when you go out shopping for clothes. I just joined MFP yesterday but I have had a big weight loss before, 20kg plus, so I know how it feels to be fat and slim.

Your body has reached a plateau. It is being stubborn. You have to make a change to see what works. Exercise more, less calories.

rice and veg, no fried foods or just enjoy! and don't count cals for one day. Make up for it for the whole week later and exercise more.
