  • I had to get my foot re colored because most of the color in it didn't take, I would wait a little longer if I were you. You would hate to have to get it re done again!
  • I've been running for about 5 months, started with c25k just about done 10k for pink. Think ill continue with this distance for a bit and then tackle a 1/2 marathon training plan. And I finished it doing the distance, I moved on to 10k for pink by Zen labs and when I started that I did timed but with increasing miles my pace has increased so am now almost finished this program and doing 10 min miles.   • I drink vodka with water and then I add mio. Easy at the bar too because I always have a bottle of mio in my purse, cuts out a lot of calories and tastes really good.

  • I lost 7 inches in level 1, I now have 3 days left of level 2 and so far have not lost anything this level. Gonna continue on with level 3 if by the end I think it's worth it I'm going to do RI30 and if I'm not happy with the overal results I'm going to give insanity a try.

  • I do mine on the treadmill. I work full time and am a single mother so my exercise time is when he goes to bed. When I get the chance I take t outside but that doesn't happen very often!
  • You may need to try a variety of different pills before you find the best for you. The different hormone levels on each effect everyone differently. I myself am on ortho tricyclean low and find that it works really well for me.
  • I'm an LPN in a long term care facility, work mostly nights from 11-7. 7 days on 7 days off which is nice but night shift sure screws up your system!!
