That's sounds right, I'm a nurse in a nursing home as well and between my job and my workout I'll have 700-800 calorie burns some days. I have my activity level set to sedentary though.

I have the flex and I love it. Actually got it instead of the force because it is a little smaller and since I always have my iphone on me I don't care if I have a screen or not. I've had no problems with it!

I'm restarting tomorrow. Took a break to try out chalean extreme and T25 but found I had the best results with turbo so after a summer of really slacking and putting back on almost 10 lbs, I figured perfect time to get serious about it again is my sons first day back at school. Excited to get back into it!!

I'm almost done month 2, I loved it the first month, month 2 has taken me about 1 1/2 months to get through, I'm getting bored with it. I want to do more strength. Wanting to do chalean extreme but determined to finish this first. Still think its a really good program just not interested in straight cardio anymore.

I do turbo fire barefoot, tried using my shoes I use for running but made it a lot more difficult cause I have to do it on carpet and hurt the arch of my foot, which I found weird cause I can run 6+ miles in them.

I just started my 4th week and am just now feeling like I'm getting it. I still use the new to class option but it does get easier you just have to stick with it

My son has ADHD, he is on medication for it and it works perfect for him, so far no side effects that I have noticed. But yes caffeine should help because its a stimulant.
