Blaze question
Just wondering for any of you who have received the blaze already, does it have an option of having a watch face with a second hand? I have the charge hr and although I love it, I'm a nurse and really need a second hand for when I'm at work so I need to find a tracker with that option. I'd really like to stick with fitbit…

Bowflex payment plan?
Anyone know if the bowflex payment plan is any good? Or is it a rip off? I really want the selecttech weights, but really can't afford to shell out that much all at once right now.

Sculpt 30 and tone 30
I'm not a fan of the resistance bands, was wondering if anyone has used weights for these DVDs instead and how that has worked out? Or should I just tough it out with the bands for the last month?

Question about use with HRM
I just bought my fitbit and now waiting for it to come. I already have a polar HRM and will continue to use that to log my workouts. So if I'm using both would I take my fitbit off when I'm using my HRM so as not to double log those calories burned? Thanks!!

Stretch 40
Today is supposed to be the first day doing stretch 40....really not looking forward to that. Does anyone skip these longer stretch videos? I have a hard enough time keeping my attention through stretch 10!

New and so sore!
Did my first day yesterday and all I can say today is ow ow ow! Didnt think I was in such bad shape, 30 day shred and running 6 miles never made me sore like this! Gonna try to push through day 2 today cuz otherwise one day off will lead to another. Please tell me it gets easier?!? Haha

Just finished my last day with a time of 34 minutes! Pretty pumped about that. Thinking I'm going to do the 10K for pink now. :)

Back injury
So I have a lower back injury due to work which is very discouraging because I really can't work out. I was almost finished c25k when my chiro told me no more running till he says it's ok. W5D3 DONE!
I did it! And I even ran longer than the 20 minutes because it said you would be running 2 miles, well I don't run 10 minute miles.... More like 13. But I did it! Feels like such an acomplishment and now all I want to do is run! Can't wait until Saturday to start W6!!

Food left at work (just felt like venting)
So I'm on my 6th night in a row an usually I'm decent with eating on my night shifts but today I get to work an there's 2 containers of cupcakes and a bunch of chips that the other shifts so "kindly" left or us....and there goes my decent eatin right out the window. UGH! Oh well, guess its just one night I guess.

Just wondering if you had a calf strain in the past, is it easier for it to reoccur again?
