Back injury

So I have a lower back injury due to work which is very discouraging because I really can't work out. I was almost finished c25k when my chiro told me no more running till he says it's ok. So my question is, my original plan when I finished c25k was to start working up to 10k so when I'm allowed to run again should I just start using a 10k training app or finish off where I left off with c25k or restart it completely?

Impossible to predict. Obv very different if you're not training for 3 days vs 3 months. We can't say the best course until you are ready to return. It's frustrating, I know. But try not to think about it and don't try to come back too early.0

Take it easy for a while, back injuries are demons and just when you think its gone it comes back.
You could walk instead of running just to keep moving if your allowed for a weeks or 2 then build it up.0
