So how is it with like grapefruit? Should I weight it before i eat it, then weigh it after?

I didn't know what the standard is. To me it's easier to just plop the banana on the scale before I peel it, then i don't have to wash anything. Like grapefruit, i don't eat the peel, so do i have to dig it all out and then weigh it?

Well I've been using it a lot instead of other oils and it tastes fine, but I thought I'd heard that it was bad to heat olive oil at high temps cuz it turned into something bad?

Well I have a hard time drinking, so I just didn't know if watching my pee color to see if i was dehydrated was good enough. Of course I try to drink as much as I can, but sometimes I don't.

So even if it says 150 calories I shouldn't log that, even though most of the burn cames later? Do I just not log anything?
