I am always so low on potassium, how can I get some more?? I eat skim milk, potatoes, and bananas, but not all necessarily on the same day.

I don't know much about how many calories lifting weights burns. I know that you get more calorie burn after you lift weights during the day, but I am just curious what the average burn is for those of you who use a HRM. Do I weight food before I take off the peel or before I cook it? Like for instance I just ate a banana, do I peel it first before I weigh it? Or what about cooking chicken, weigh first or after I cook it?

So I know that calories burned from weight lifting is not accurate on a heart rate monitor. But i'd like to be able to plug in something to MFP to show that I worked out. Does anyone have recommendations?

I know that eating fish is healthy a few times a week. However i DO NOT like the fishy smell and have NO clue what kind of fish to buy nor which ones are the healthiest. Any tips for something that is not 'fishy' and is still healthy?

How fast does your body adapt?
I workout 5 days a week. 3 of the days I do weight lifting (chalean extreme) and the other two I do some sort of cardio. I do this for 3 months. Then I do 3 days of light weights/cardio circuit training on 3 days and 2 days of cardio. Will my body adapt to this?

Weight lifting and heart rate moniters
Can anyone explain to me why you can't use them for weight lifting? I know that the calorie burn is greater after the session, but can I still log my calories from what the HRM says I burned? Or is that innacurate?

So I hear a lot how you're supposed to get 10,000 steps in one day. Does this include working out or just from regular activity? I'm sure I get 10,000 with working out, but probably not otherwise.

pilates or lifting heavy?
i just finished a heavy lifting segment. I would like to keep my muscle but maybe look a little more sleek? Will doing pilates help that or will I lose my muscle from lifting heavy since I won't be lifting heavy anymore?
