How fast does your body adapt?

I workout 5 days a week. 3 of the days I do weight lifting (chalean extreme) and the other two I do some sort of cardio. I do this for 3 months. Then I do 3 days of light weights/cardio circuit training on 3 days and 2 days of cardio. Will my body adapt to this?

    It is very personal.

    For me I take a diet and lifting break every 6 weeks.

    your body will adapt to anything where intensity isn't increased linearly.
