Will I gain weight when I reach my goal?

So I am wondering, since I am eating at a deficit to lose one pound a week, once I reach my goal and I eat my "to maintain" calories will I gain weight?

Not if you do things correctly. As you get closer to your goal, decrease your deficit. Yes, this will take longer, but it will make the transition to maintenance much easier. I would suggest when you get within 10-20 pounds of your goal drop your deficit to .75 of a pound, and within the last 10 no more than a 250 calorie deficit. Doing this you slowly ramp up your calories and make it easier for you body to adjust to that final increase. The other thing to realize is since all the calorie calculations are estimates based on the general burn for the majority of people in your sex, age, height, weight range, you many need to tweek things a little to find your maintenance calories. That could, but doesn't have to, result in a weight gain.0
