I do some hitT workouts (or plyometrics). What would you log them under? I don't have a HRM.

On the blogilates website she has a lot of HIIT workouts. I think thats the same thing right... anyway she says she would count them as circuit training.0

i log as cardio. since i normally do sprint HIIT, i just log it as the average speed, not my top speed0

I would highly recommend getting an HRM. It's an investment that pays for itself very quickly. Workouts on here (and other sites too) can only estimate based on averages. I found that the calorie counts were waaaaay off for me once I got my HRM. I'm so glad I did cuz I would've been eating too much thinking I was burning more than I actually was. Knowing how much you really burn will help you track workouts better, you'll know when you are improving and tracking food will be easier cuz you'll have a clearer understanding of how YOUR body works. Just my two cents! ;o)0
