pilates or lifting heavy?

i just finished a heavy lifting segment. I would like to keep my muscle but maybe look a little more sleek? Will doing pilates help that or will I lose my muscle from lifting heavy since I won't be lifting heavy anymore?

your body will lose whatever muscle it no longer needs.
also i dont quite get what making your muscle look more sleek means? muscle looks like muscle maybe you mean you want a bit more body fat to cover it so they dont look as defined?0 -
Pilates for sure. If you do it twice a week you will be amazed at how your body transforms0

This. Lengthening muscles and all that mumbo jumbo is... Mumbo jumbo. Do what you like to do, find a level of body fat that you like and enjoy it!0 -
