i just finished a heavy lifting segment. I would like to keep my muscle but maybe look a little more sleek? Will doing pilates help that or will I lose my muscle from lifting heavy since I won't be lifting heavy anymore?

your body will lose whatever muscle it no longer needs.

also i dont quite get what making your muscle look more sleek means? muscle looks like muscle maybe you mean you want a bit more body fat to cover it so they dont look as defined?

Pilates for sure. If you do it twice a week you will be amazed at how your body transforms

This. Lengthening muscles and all that mumbo jumbo is... Mumbo jumbo. Do what you like to do, find a level of body fat that you like and enjoy it!

Bingo. Appearance issues come down to body fat, either too much, or too little. Either way can negatively affect aesthetics. Muscle is muscle, and doesn't change shape.
