  • It's ok to have a little of both. If I want pizza I cut a regular slice in half, blot off the extra grease and eat it slowly, savoring every bite.   • 1st check your caffine intake. If you are having it past mid morning, that may be effecting your sleep. I know it's hard to stay motivated, but be strong and before you know it the workout will be done with and you will feel better about yourself. Good luck!
