Hi, it's just getting bad for me, so whatever I'm allergic to is about now. It's almost non-existant if I'm by the coast, or on the continent! But I've never been to take a specific allergy test. I can control it with cetirezine, and I'm fine during the day, not drowsy, but when I sleep... It's like I've been knocked out!…

Have you tried Clafouti...? Make it up like a batter, then cook in the oven like a flan. Traditionally made with cherries, which I love, but any fruit thats not too watery would work. I have a recipe some where, I'll go and look if anyone would like it!!

Agree with all the above, but I find protein filling , so for lunch I often eat eggs, an omelette with portobello mushrooms, something similar. But to take out... a frittata's the easiest. : )

Hi, You've got some great advice, I just wondered if you know about nakd. bars? Lots of different flavours, but for a chocky fix, the cocoa orange one is my favorite! They're actually made of dates and cashews, just mixed, not cooked and are 145 calories. You can buy them in Tesco's, Holland and Barrett, all over really.…

I have a bar of 70% cocoa choc in the cupboard and have a couple of squares whenever i feel the need, I can resist it easily if necessary. i like the fact it's there! A little of what you fancy does you good! The trick is to stick to the 'little'! ; )

You've got some fantastic ideas on here of things to eat, so I don't think I can add to them. I have a veggie phobic daughter, but I've noticed as she's getting older she's getting much better. Our tastes do change. For one our taste buds get less acute as we get older, so tastes you were revolted by as a child will taste…
