I went on the scales after 3 days and I had lost 3lb which was encouraging. Probably just all the water and salt from cheistmas! I lost 1 stone 7lbs before that. On average now many calories are you tracking? Mine seem to only come to about 1000-1200 but I'm not hungry and I feel like I'm eating loads!!

Why am I stupid? I just said drink plenty of water and cut out any form of processed foods. Diet products are made with artificial chemicals and they are toxic to the body. Yah - you missed one. No 'diet' products, artificial sweeteners or processed funk of any nature. These actually make you fat, they slow down the metabolism, confuse the brain and are not good for the body AT all. Weight loss is all hormones, and they don't like funk!
