I actually based my diet on what you do. I found it kept me sane to go and eat what I really wanted on weekends. Just not all weekend. Plus I have some bud lights and watch football too. If I craved Pizza all weekend, then I eat pizza once on the weekends. Just don't go overboard.

I agree, I did slimfast to lose my first 80 pounds or so. I had one for breakfast and one for lunch. Cheap, and once your use to it, it becomes routine. I finished my right arm tattoo with my first goal weight of 225, next I'll finish my left arm when I get to 200. Oh and I used to have a full beard, just because it hid my chins.... now I shave everyday.

Not Vegetarian, but Beef Jerky gets me through. Low calorie and full of protein. High in salt however.
