I like wafer thin ham - with pretty much anything, red peppers, mushrooms, rice cakes, cucumber and lettuce. And I LOVE oranges - but these can be a bit tricky to eat at a desk, a tangerine might be better

Roast beef and all the trimmings - green beans, baby carrots, turnip, yorkshire puddings, roast parsnips and roast potatoes, home made gravy and a glass of red wine perhaps - 1000ish calories well "spent" with family

I have changed my weight loss goals to 1lb a week (previously it was 1.5) and that has given me an extra 250ish calories per day - so I'l keep on with that for the next couple of weeks and see how it goes :)

mini breadsticks are only something like 7 calories each, you could have some of those, some carrots, peppers etc. If you've got a selection of things it's more interesting I think

You can use vinegar as a dressing for this too, google search it. I'm sure theres loads out there

my favourite thing is pasta, with pesto green beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas or normal peas. Because you're having so many veg packed in you can have less pasta, so save on calories a little bit and still fill up.
