  • Change your mentality. Look at it as a learning opportunity. You now what makes you feel bad, so next time, you can make better choices. Menu plan with some local restaurants. Have a list of things you can eat from restaurants you go to. Tomorrow, go back to your lifestyle.

  • I hated running with a passion. It took me years to figure out why - I wasn't doing it right! I was trying to go way too fast. I wasn't breathing deeply enough. I thought I could run right after a meal. It took some research, but once I used my new knowledge, I found that I really, truly enjoyed running! It's not for…
  • I run first, then yoga. I don't know if it's the right thing to do, but IMO, I want to stretch out really well AFTER the run,,, which is where the yoga fits in :)
  • I agree with Silver's Suki jeans. Those are the only jeans I can wear.

  • It's fun :) I've been going for 6 months now. Always the same instructor. I'm just not a dancer though.. I will recognize songs, but despite doing them for 6 months, I still don't know the routines. There is one girl there though that, I swear, knows them better than the instructor!
  • I wash every 3-4 days, depending on how oily it is feeling. I work out Mon-Sat. My hair is always super sweaty, but just flip it over, run my fingers through it, then flip it back and let it dry. No complaints here.
  • I need to wait 3-4 hours after eating a meal, especially one like you had, before I can run, otherwise I experience cramps. I tend to run in the mornings to avoid that. So much easier for me to just get up, run, then cook an omelet right after.
  • It was alright for me. I felt a change in my body, but didn't notice a change in my clothing. I didn't do any measurements, so I can't really give an accurate opinion. I just think it was a good starting point for me.
  • Repeat until you're tired? Or a specific time length? Sorry, I'm new to HIIT
