Thanks for the advice! I've been putting off getting a fitbit but it sounds like that would be a great option to log my activity. My birthday is coming up so maybe I can talk somone into getting it for me as a gift :)

Mine is ford- my last name and favorite truck. Music was my major in college and inspiration. If it weren't for music I don't think I could drag myself to half of my workouts lol :)

I feel ya! its my TOM and I feel like eating EVERYTHING in sight. I cant help with the boobage problem as I haven't lost enough for that to be a problem yet. but focusing more on weight lifting might just be what you need. Get it Girl!!

I agree with nyla2120! But I don't think you need to gain weight before you start weight training. Do check out bodybuilding.com they have great workouts to follow and they make it super simple for beginners into weight training. Being strong and fit is better than being skinny any day!! Good Luck!

Thanks for the help! I am going to change it to 1 pound a week and see how it goes from there. I am careful with eating back my exercise calories since I feel like MFP overestimates them..

Im 27 5'4" I am currently 188lbs my goal weight is135. I do a lot of the classes at my gym, weight lift, with a little cardio mixed in. I just started back up and would love to have people to help motivate me and to help others be motivated!! Add me if you would like :)

I live in Northern Baltimore County and I do a lot of the classes my gym has like Boot Camp, kickboxing, and TRX & Kettle bells. I try to combine weights and cardio when I have the time. If you live anywhere near the NCR trail its great for those nice days when you want to get outside and do some cardio!
