  • Im having my weigh in today as im out all day tomorrow for a friends birthday, i lost 2lbs this week weighing in at 134lbs, only 8lbs to go! Definately need to get working on some toning though.

  • I heard on the grapevipe that the reason so many fail to keep New Years resolutions is because we take on too much at once, for eg, lose weight, quit smoking etc etc. So only changing one thing at a time gives you more chance of success.   • hello all, joined this sight to lose my last few lbs which are proving difficult to shift. Having quite easily lost 14lbs in a few months due to excessive gym going which i possibly overdid, i seem to have lost the drive to keep going and lose the last bit of weight. Hopefully this site will help :smile:
