New Years Resolutions, Keep It Simple!

I heard on the grapevipe that the reason so many fail to keep New Years resolutions is because we take on too much at once, for eg, lose weight, quit smoking etc etc. So only changing one thing at a time gives you more chance of success.
I thought this was great advice so thought i'd pass it around and definately try it myself.

In my house we make one short term one and one long term one. We write them down and how we will do it. Then we hang it where we will see it daily, Mine is where I put on my makeup. I seems to help us.0
