I was following this plan and it worked, but it was too complicated for me to stick with. Because the allowed foods changed every few days, I found that food would spoil before I could get back to being allowed to eat it. It was too hard for me to figure out what to eat on the plan. It looked like a war room, the way I…

I created a group for us. I am in day 2. So far to so good. I like the food so far. I am not good a cooking fish, but I am trying my best. I would really enjoy having others support as we work our way through this program. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/102182-dr-phil-the-20-20-diet

3 minutes was a magical marker for me. Once I passed being able to run a full 3 minute it got so much easier. But before that....every 10 seconds was grueling. I just finished week 7, with 25 minutes of straight running. Hang in there. Your mind gives out long before your body will. And when you feel like quiting, remember…

Hang in there. It really gets better with each run. I don't even think about the clock much anymore. The first two weeks though....looked at it every 10 seconds and each 10 seconds felt like an hour. 3 minutes of running was the magically marker for me. Once I passed that, the minutes roll by now. You know when almost feel thin for a minute. When you digested your dinner four hours before going to bed, well you get it and I love it. Also,…

At first I read this and thought, wow that's a long fast every day...but then I realized I guess I do they same. I try to go to bed hungry, so I wake up hungry. I try to have my last meal by 5 pm and if I don't eat again until 7, 8 or 9 the next day...I am fast for 14-17 hours too. Cool.

Last66, I wish I had a magic pill for this one. This rule is really hard for me too. I think because I used to be a person that ate when I was tired to try and stay awake…something I learned in college. This rule is managed by telling myself “no choice”. I tell myself I have “no choice” but to stop eating. I don’t give…

And surprisingly...I survived…Woke up hungry, which is good. I usually don’t find myself hungry enough to eat a good breakfast, but this morning was different.
