After running hair..how to refresh w/o shampooing
I have naturally curly hair and don't want to wash it after every run, but I also do want to be smelly. Any tip/tricks to refresh my hair without shampooing after every run?

I am so pissed. I was doing so good. Finished week 4 on Thursday. I even took a full minute off my pace. The weather was great, I was feeling great and guess I pushed it too far. Should I do a leg workout on a rest day?
I know the days of rest are for recuperating. I don't worry about doing my arm workout on rest days, but what about legs? I am in W4D3 tomorrow, but want to go work my legs tonight at the gym. Will I jeopardize my C25K program by not fully resting my legs tonight?

Rule 7: No carbs after lunch...?
Rule #7: No Carbs After Lunch confuses me. Why does the book suggest that an apple can be part of your mid-afternoon lunch, if you aren't supposed to have carbs after lunch? Maybe because it's high in fiber? Thoughts.
