I think you shouldn't worry about the tummy getting bloated and puffy. Just remember that after you have eaten, the food IS physically in your tummy after all! It will pass after it's all digested so try not to obsess about it too much. I notice my tummy looks the best in the morning so I don't pay attention to it's shape…

I think first off I'll try changing the quality of my calories, cos it's true I've been eating quite a few muesli bars and biscuits thinking it was ok since it was within my calorie limit lol.
