Hi, have you been measuring as well? On the weeks where I've stuck or really slowed down I've found I've lost inches instead. I also added in another exercise so as well as walking/jogging, why don't you try swimming or aqua exercise. Keep up the good work, you're doing great. Jayne

Well done on completing that ride and not even breaking a sweat! I'd be in coronary care lol. I use my HRM when I go to the gym and the recommended one on here when I've been swimming but I don't log anything else that I do. You are doing fantastic, well done. Jayne

If I go by the calories burnt on the machines it's a lot less than my HRM says, if you haven't already, I'd invest in a HRM so your burn rate is more precise. I burn between 460 - 600 during a 60 minute session depending on which machines I'm using. Jayne

I love prawns! I would defrost them, put them in some olive oil, chopped garlic, a small amount of red chilli chopped fine and lease them for an hour or until you want to eat them and then pour everything into a fairly hot frying pan and keep stirring them until they are cooked. I serve this with rice or noodles. Jayne x

Mine is set to 1200, I have put my weight loss at 1.5lb week though so it reduced my calorie intake. I haven't found it too hard to stick to, just the occasional day when I would like more lol. Jayne

lol Wenders, don't worry about being harsh, I think I need a good talking to! I took all new clothes to Spain and my family who live there all said how good they looked. I think I'm just missing them and feeling low which is an eating trigger for me. Jayne x

I don't know what your diet was like before you starting your healthy eating but maybe your body is detoxing and once you've adjusted to the dietary changes you will be back to glowing! Make sure you're drinking lots of water. Jayne x
