    Great job and Congratulations!

If you are afraid of setting a goal that is too high, here's a suggestion: Set your ultimate goal but also set small, reasonable goals. Ex. For every 5 or 10 pounds, you buy yourself ___________. Or get a manicure, day at the spa, what ever would be a reward for you. Be sure to set a ultimate reward for reaching the ultimate goal! There are many ways to set it up, just set up something that works for you.

    Keep up the great work!

i'm a scale *kitten* too... I have to hide it until my weight in day - wednesdays... or else i will weigh myself daily!
daily weighing takes the excitement away of the big number difference next week.

good job though :) dont be afraid to be the best version of you :D
  • Great job! Good luck with the rest!

You better target the moon and touch the eagle than target the eagle and never touch anything. Don't be afraid of putting big goals.

    You can do it.
