This. This sounds like me awhile ago. Since actually weighing my food and tracking my calories the weight is coming off again. I was (am) very active and ate well, so I thought WTH? But I was in fact and quite surprisingly not in a deficit.

I have never ( within memory) worn medium sized tops, dresses or sweaters. All of my fat lives in my arms and back it's where I lose last. Everything I purchased today was a medium. And I have room in them.

Depends on the day. I go 5-6 days a week. 3 of those days is 30 min on elliptical then weights for roughly 45 min. Other days is kick boxing or yoga both are an HR.

Yes. I mean I could do without the back fat but I am working on that and that back fat doesn't deminish all the good my body does for me.

"I would do that but I enjoy food/chocolate". This is what I get the most. Or " don't you miss food?" I eat everything I just stay in a deficit. I am not doing anything restrictive , at all ( my cals are 1500). I truly don't know what to say to that besides "trust me I eat" which no one seems to believe.

Well, I just got an order of clothes in from under armour and I had chosen what has been my size for a long time. Nothing fits. Some things I would say are at least 2 sizes too large. I know sicmzung varys but with this many items being too large it sure seems like I shrunk. That feels good

Chin ups. Any number . That's the current goal. Last year it was 10 straight legged push ups. Now I do 20.

I for sure have bigger legs. Mine are fairly muscular and I find they don't tend to gain fat the way my upper body does. Not that there isn't any fat on my thighs at times , it's generally muscle ( my fat likes to live on my back). I do walk everywhere ( I don't drive) and genetically I just have larger legs. I like themβ¦

I drink 1-3 cups of black ( no sweetener of any kind or milk etc) a day and always have. It helps keep me regular , haha and it has virtually zero Cal's. I won't be giving it up any time soon. I agree with others, food intake is far more likely to be the culprit than coffee.

I focus on my quads a lot. My calves measure 20.5 inches and my thighs 22. Ppl often say they look larger than my thighs. Ppl at the gym have also been shocked when I say I don't do Anything to isolate them. I have found leg press and extensions have helped to grow my quads over the last few months so they at least lookβ¦
