I am a full time college student. I love this app!

I love to just lay around and watch some good TV or read a good book. I love the idea of loosing so much and getting a reward. I will have to start doing this! I am so cheap that I will have to get myself some new clothes each milestone!

Cardio is what my trainer has us do for general weight loss but it really works in the stomach area.

I wouldn't say its too fast. If you don't eat a lot of carbs then you will loose weight fast.

I would say 1200 cal/day should be good. I would def try the whole adding more veggies thing. I find if I eat more veggies and drink 1/2 my weight in water I seem to loose more. Good luck! Amanda
