I like to weigh in Friday too. I want to be healthy and keep that in mind because tracking, writing what I eat and missing coming in to the site so I loose my streak makes me feel defeated. My husband will offer me junk food and will say one bite won't hurt and I always remind him. They add up! Hang in there!

OMG! Happens to me all the time. I don't eat on my day off. Lol I am cutting carbs. I did notice that some foods makes me feel like a brick in my stomach so trying to remember that when I crave it.

I'm doing small goals like cook three times this week. I heard of mindful eating but not sure how that works or if it will work for me.

Those are basically my hours. So I totally get it. I don't cook because I am exhausted and it's easier to grab something. People tell me, well meaning, wake up earlier and I'm like I already wake up before 5. I can't imagine 4am

Exactly! And I have been stressed so comfort food I tell myself it's ok but I forget the ten other time I said ok. I am always tired lately so even logging my food I'm like ugh. I put on a pair of pants that were SUPER snug and I was like you have got to be kidding! This is the heaviest I have been so it's a mind game too.…

Good ideas. Migraines suck and sometimes they linger and get strong again. I have heard of boots for migraines and I've had block injections, it didn't help me much. I'm getting the aura back so I am left with take the med just in case and it knocks me out or wait and see and then take the med later and risk it not staying…

I'd be thrilled with loosing four pounds and a couple of inches. Doing the elliptical four times a week and strength training three times a week and diet soda once a week.

Planning on doing some of that! The past six months have been Huber stressful so honestly I just want to relax and just be. Not eat everything in sight but if we stop and there is something good I want to try it.

I did take a picture and will take another one in a couple of weeks. It's funny I love data and logging my food but the scale just stresses me and when it doesn't move or fluctuate I feel like it's in vain. Yesterday I weighed myself in the morning and at night. Three pound difference!

Are you tracking the miles here? I am at 1500 and I walk but it asks me for length of time not miles. :)

Mental health is important I think and Pokey, I agree it will be temporary and it would send me back but I haven't been at this long enough to figure where to transfer the comfort I get. Chief, so what's the ratio between them? How long do they differ in agreement? I weighed myself this morning and I lost .5 lbs which then I'll be told no big deal it's water.

Amen to that! They don't. My sister was like why would you do that and I said because I need to see and be able to see the difference when it happens. I feel the same way sometimes I will look at pics of myself when I was at my healthiest and I think that was hard work and I look normal. lol

I think in a weird way people like the way things are and any change they resist. Especially if you are trying to do something good for yourself. Maybe it's that misery loves company thing.

Very true I ate them out of the house which made it worse. I am giving myself time to feel and moving on. I like the idea of a plan. It's funny I am so much harder on myself than others.
