You should eat back some if not all of your exercise calories. If you burn 500 calories and are only eating 1200 your body only has 700 calories to survive on. Not enough at all.

i only eat one piece of fruit a day.

From what i read you can do a 20 minute workout. I think i am going to start with that. Now let me ask you... Do you eat back what you burned during the workout?

that actually makes sense... for some reason i am stuck on the "net calories"
