My little guy will be 3 months on the 16th (I also have a 4 year old and a 7 year old).....I've lost all my pregnancy weight, plus an additional 17lbs....BUT I still have 62lbs to go until I reach my goal!

I tend to not keep "junk" in the house...that solves alot of the problems! BUT, if I want something I just eat it and log it...and adjust my day accordingly

I have 3 kiddos (ages 7,4,2months) I either do it at night after they go to bed and my hubby goes to work (8:30ish) or when the baby gets up to nurse at 4am I stay awake and do it then. You have to figure out if you're a night person or a morning person :-)

Listen to your body too....if you're hungry one day eat more, and don't worry about going over. I try to eat good fats/calories. Lots of fruit, veggies, nuts, peanut butter ect....My son is 2.5 months old and I'm doing the best I can to keep up with the little piggy! (I'm pumping at work) Most days I pump enough or close…

I have an HRM, currently weigh 221 and I burn anywhere from 350-410 on level 1. (I HATE JUMPING JACKS! haha)

is your crock pot a high/med/low one or programable my hours? Mine is by the hour, so I can set it for 10 hours and then it automatically goes to a "warm" setting....I would think you'd be fine to do 12 hours

I would drink a lot of water this week and get back into your normal routine, hopefully things will level back out.

make sure you take your measurments too....a lot of times you see changes there when you don't on the scale! That will help you feel better if you are the type of person that needs to see changes ASAP! Congrats on starting your journey!

I had mine out 7 years ago. I haven't had many problems since getting it out. (FAR better then dealing with it full of stones!) Not a mama of twins, BUT I had my son 10 weeks ago, and he was 9lbs 12 oz....sooooo he took up the same amount of room as some twins :-) I think at this point you just have to give it some time....sadly....my poor stomach is SOOOO stretched out! (my 4 year old son was the same weight!)

When I do 30DS I put it in as Circut training....I have an HRM so I know what I burn...but that seems to be pretty close. (I burn more then what it says for circut training)

I normally have greek yogurt, granola bars, apple with peanut butter.....if I want something chip like I REALLY love pop chips and the new special K cracker crisps.
