I need some new sneakers.....I have been doing the 30DS, elliptical and now Zumba once a week. And with all of them the arches of my feet hurt My current sneakers are saucony, I do have a wide foot too. Anyone out there with a wide foot that can recommend a good sneaker or brand? I don't want to break the bank either. THANKS!

Best thing is to go to a runners store and have them get you the best shoe for your foot. What is good for one person is not good for another. That is whhy there are so many shoes available. As you lose weight you may need to change shoe size and or style.
Just my $.02.0 -
Thanks, I wonder if we have any around here....0

I agree. And different shoes for different things.
I actually just went yesterday and got a great pair. I got them for running. He specifically told me that they aren't meant for lateral movement (mentioned Zumba specifically) so to wear my other tennies if I did something like that.
If anything, go to one of those stores, get suggestions, then order online if you can find a better deal.0 -
For Zumba you might need a "crosstraining" shoe as opposed to a running shoe.0

For those types of activities, I was fine with not being fitted for running shoes. It didn't become an issue (even walking) until I actually started running. I have wide, flat feet. Before I was running, I absolutely LOVED my KSwiss Tubes. I also added an arch support insert into them. I still wear them for walking and such.0
