Actually nope started having persistent chest pains 😫 😩 until this morning got was had to call EMS. Since I did not want to go to the hospital they access me with an ekg and it was nothing concerning so today will be a lazy day hopefully it'll cease. Thanks for well wishes though appreciate it

The 1st step is acknowledging your issues. I understand where you're coming from that's why last year I treated myself to a trainer with the stimulus check I got. But look at YouTube videos they have a lot of motivational coaches that can work when money is tight or you just can't find one on one. Just a thought.…
