Haha, those cupcakes were yummy! Thanks for your replies. Tonights dinner is already out of the freezer - stew... So potatoes are involved.. Abit heavy to be eating after 19:30, so I might just eat at 16:30 and hope I don't get nauseous while running. Will have boiled egg and some yogurt after run. :-)

This is a great post. For me its the fact I always seem to be inbetween sizes! Either too tight or too loose! I used to walk into the store, grab my size, buy it and walk out. Never tried anything on.... Now everything must be tried on! grr..

Hmm, my goal is really just to lose the weight that I'm always saying I will lose! :-) So about 5kgs.. I usually only lose about 0.5kg a week 3-4 days exercise a week log every day and log well

I"m going to give No More Trouble Zones a try - maybe tomorrow morning :-) as I decided to take this morning off from exercise.. ;-) ChaLEAN Extreme sounds good, I will look that one up. Oh, I wish there was a magic tablet that helped us to exercise and lose weight.....

Sorry for the stupid question, but stopping to eat sugar cuts out cravings or also stops you from wanting to just eat and eat..? And here;'s the really dumb question - stopping sugar - means literally NO sugar at all in your diet? Thanks xxx

Hard to tell with you sitting, but I don't really see the need for you to lose weight at all! You could tone up your belly if you wanted to, but for the rest.... Nothing needs being done! ;-)

I got abit tired of doing the same things again and again, so now I'm still doing it (trying for at least 5 days a week), but like today and yesterday I don't feel super energetic so went back to level 1 and tomorrow I just plan on going for a good cycle, rather than the dvd, helps to keep me motivated by varying it abit.…

No matter what, you lost something, so you should be going YAY!!! Its unlikely you will lose the exact same amount of weight every week and maybe in week 2 you actually lost inches rather then pounds. Don't get demotivated. Keep at it! You will get there. :-)

I've heard alot of people say that when they plateau they actually eat more for a couple weeks and then go back to what they were eating before. This helps them get past the plateau.

First thing in the morning, else I will never get round to it. Plus I like to exercise on an empty stomach. I've tried waiting even 2 hours after eating and it still makes me ill.

Hmm, depends what you are eating thats not making you full. Maybe fill up on some protein?
