hi i am Amanda i am Scottish ,48 ,and looking for new friends:smile: particularly British ones so we have same time zone . I have joined here once before and was quite successful but let it all slip away :mad: :mad: I would love new friends to inspire and encourage and who could inspire and encourage me too ....:flowerforyou:

    Hi Manda, good luck with the weight loss...you sound determined! I'm just starting up again as well! I lost 2 1/2 stone but then put some of it back on and have around a stone to lose and need to firm up the old jelly belly..should be fun! :bigsmile:
