You are doing great! I love being able to communicate w/others re: exercise and nutrition. I like hearing tips that help them to reach their goals. I would like to lose 15-20lbs and keep it OFF - that does not put me at my "ideal" wt. but It is a wt. I would be happy with. :wink:

I have also gained wt. in the last year. I am very motivated to get into shape and would be happy to communicate w/you and help you stay movitvated. I have made a lot of changes in my diet in the last 24 hours for the better, but I would also like support from others! :smile:
