I workout first think in the morning and don't eat till after. I just drink a chocolate protein shake after the workout it it helps alot. Plus drinking the water to keep you dehydrated.

I don't follow either I eat as much as I can and try following the calorie intake but I still have not come close to eating as much as Im suppose to. I am on week 2 (almost done) and I haven't lost any. I have tried something different this week and seeing if it works I guess we will see. I have a problem following a menu…

I just finished Day 10 it doesn't get any easier lol. I was still resting alot but not as much as when I first started but that jumping back and forth and up and down about kills me. Definitely my weak point.

I know Im not eating enough calories but I don't know what to do about it.. I eat when Im hungry and I don't snack on junk food.I just can't seem to get the last bit of my calories in me. I have also gained a pound this week not sure how Im gonna change some things up and see if that works.
