Yoga? How to add it to Exercise?

All, I am a newbie who does yoga regularly. Can you help me add it to my exercise regime?

    I agree with Jezebel yoga is a great way to start the day no matter what you do later workout wize

    Totally agree with Jezebel! I find the evenings are better suited for my strength training or similar as my focus isn't what it should be to do yoga.

    go into Exercise then go to data base under exercise. To one side it has the blank and then an arrow pointing down. Clink on the arrow and a number of exercises should come up. Go down to yoga and click on it. That should help you.

    I do my yoga after I do my walking.It helps alot. For me anyway.
