Great work. I'm on day 32. First week I lost several pounds. Water weight. The scale didn't budge on the second week and thats when I hid my scale and made the measuring tape my new best friend lol. My day 1 pic and day 30 pic clearly show improvements that my scale misses.

I'm doing Power90 and I try to get net 1500 calories. It's a struggle since sometimes I'm not hungry. I'm going to take the idea that one poster posted about the Olive Oil & Pam exchange though.

This forum is all kinds of awesome lol. I haven't lost any weight these past 2 weeks and it's probably because I haven't been eating back my calories. I was originally on a 1200 cal plan AND was working out so my net was well below 1200. Yesterday, I upped my caloric intake and today I struggled to get to net 1200.…
