Cramming In Calories?

My sleeping has been a bit erratic these past couple of days. For instance, last night, I had dinner at 8pm but didn't fall asleep till 4am this morning. I woke up at 2pm and had my 305 calorie breakfast.

My daily caloric limit is 1500 and I plan to be in bed by 11pm tonight. Should I try to get in the remaining 1195 calories today by eating bigger meals?

By the way, if it makes a difference, I'm also doing Power 90. Today is Sculpt 1-2.

and you didn't eat anything from 8pm last night till 4am this morning?

I would probably try to get in at least 1200 by 11pm today, and try to spread it out every couple of hours instead of two big meals.

i say it doesnt matter, all i've heard says that the whole "you have to eat 5/6 small meals a day" is broscience. i personally eat most of my calories from 6 to 9 , a period of 3 hours and i'm doing just fine lol. dont worry about it , just eat haha. if you have bigger meals its fine , if you have a lot of smaller ones its fine too.

you don't need to eat all your calories over the course of the day or at certain times. Some times I have all my calories in one meal. It boils down to if you feel hungry or not.
