Sorry can you explain it a bit simpler? I usually get my cardio in by bike riding so I just need to do it for 1 hour 4 times a week, plus some strength training? Does pushups/situps/squats count?

Low carb diets such as Atkins puts your body into a state of ketosis. If you're eating very little carbs it could be that you're in ketosis. It's a good/bad thing right because it means you are losing more fat but it gives bad breath.

OMG I haven't had Olympia in so long and it is soooooooo good. Their lemon potatoes are amazing. Have you ever noticed that their vegetable of the day is ALWAYS carrots? It's funny but they are really good too so no complaints from our end. My favorites lately are Olive Garden and Tony Romas.
