I have been doing Lat pull downs so thats good I guess. I dont do any kickboxing or anything like that. Right Now I am doing 30DS and I add in some running on the treadmill everyday as well as some extra strength training on the machines.

No havent been tested for any allergies. I do eat a lot of processed food because I rarely have time to cook with me working a pretty much 24/7 job these past few weeks so I tend to grab something I can just throw in the microwave. I love fruits but I can never find any good ones at our Grocery store which kind of sucks.…
