I agree with slowturtle1. Protein, fat, Fiber (because I wasn't getting enough either), I also keep an eye on my total calorie count. Since Oct. I have lost 12 pounds, so I just keep doing what works :-)

I try to keep up with my cal. by using my smrt phone (exspecially when eating out) and as I log in my foods... I see where I go over and try not to do it again. I walk for 30 to 50 moinutes fairly fast (with the dogs) and when I feel like beening inside or there is bad weather I have 6 different Zumba DVD's. I also have a jump rope.... there is also play time with the dogs too burn those cal.s.

I do coffee and a protein shake low cal. because I am not hungry either in the mornings. But I do know how important breakfast is too.

Eat! it takes about /at least 2 weeks to create a habbit. walk, jump, run, whatever... food also applies.. I fall off the diet cart all the time, but I find away to burn those or some of the extra calories. I see what I can be if I follow through and that gives me the power to continue on!! I know you can do it.. Baby…

I know when I stop losing I go and get my fav. treat and suger it up... But only once or twice and then back on my diet/no junk.... Then I usually see a pound or two drop and I am back on track...
