Ive been in since Jan and Ive only lost 3 lbs but Im proud of it. Its about becoming a healthier person not hitting a number on a scale. Keep your chin up.

I agree mfp told me 1200 because I didnt put info in correctly. A few days were fine but I was hungry all the time. I think it was just setting myself up for failure. Im now at 1290 and I eat my exercise calories back or at least most of them and I feel more content.

Quick way is cut in half take the seeds out put upsidedown on a plate with a little water on it to keep it from drying out and microwave until you can press in the outside like a done baked potato. As for recipies I just serve with tomato sauce.

Hey my mom fed us squirrel meat, rabbitt meat, heck I bet there was even a opposum in there somewhere. Thats why when I got older and moved out I gained weight, finally good food.

I keep water with me all the time. This was just as hard to give up as cigarettes and beer. Its worth it though, I feel much healthier.

Good job, I can definately see a big difference.

It costs alot more in the winter, but if you can grow your own veggies in the spring, summer , and fall. We live on an acreage but tomatos, leaf lettuce, cucumbers, etc grow well in pots. Just a suggestion.
