Get a workout in, that will give you more calories. Look the restaurant menu up online and see if they have nutritional info posted. Im on a whole food plant based diet and I just ask the server if they can tailor a meal for me. Most places will subsitute items for special diets.

I looked it up a while ago because I was concerned that I wasnt getting enough and it said for me 5'6" 130-135 lbs I should have around 30 grams per day. Most people dont think twice about buying a car that has lots of options or a house that has more square footage or even a cute outfit to wear when they go out. I would rather cut those things back and be healthy.

You can also store the seed with it to keep it from turning brown, I dont use lemon juice.

I agree calories that arent burnt will be stored as fat. I was just trying to say that carbs arent bad, you dont have to limit them if you are eating the right ones. I believe if you ate that much fruit in one setting your body would naturally dispose of it very quickly. That said I dont think you could eat like that enough to gain fat. But feel free to prove me wrong.

There is a difference in how your body processes carbs depending on what kind they are. You should probably research them. Bananas arent going to make you fat but croissants will. Whole grains are filling. I cant see you food diary but you can eat alot of nutrient dense food and feel full.

I feel for you, I have been there. Hot towels wrapped around your legs helps. Make sure you are staying hydrated. Remember it only stays sore for a few days. Pain is weakness leaving your body.

My husbands Dr told him to put lemon juice in his water, apparently it helps to keep kidney stones from forming. He hasnt had one since.

I appreciate the advise from both sides. I definately need to educate myself on healthy eating before cutting out all nonplant itemd. I did want to emphasize that Im thinking about a plant based whole food diet not vegan although they are imilar. Thank you for the advise.
