Hey I'll be right with ya Tuesday night. Those Royals deserve a cheat day. Work out a little harder today and tomorrow and enjoy yourself Tuesday!! One night will not hurt you but forgoing that beer to help the Royals will be devastating!

I need all the motivation I can get. Starting to get frustrated. I've lost 29 lbs since Jan but I've stalled out. Feel free to add me!

Not accurate at all! For weeks I ate almost the exact same thing everyday and never lost the weight they said I should have been. I don't really look at that as I am losing so that's fine for me just not at the rate they say. I've noticed a lot of numbers off on this site though especially on calories burned. I bought a…

so then how do I calculate my burn. My numbers are always lower than the mfp database. That's also why I never eat back my exercise calories.

Sorry to break it to you but loads of people also have the same problems. I'm wasting my time with you because I don't appreciate being called a liar. I wouldn't be on here if I didn't really want help. I wouldn't ask for help then not be honest about what I've been doing because that wouldn't help me would it? If you're…

I use a HRM that tells me how many calories I burn.

That's exactly what I do. I don't have time to scroll through all the foods in the mfp database to find each one with grams listed. Some only have cup or 1/2 cup. I weigh it then use the equivalent.

Thanks so much you guys! I'm terrified of eating more but I'll give it a shot. If I gain I'm hunting you all down :)

There were a few days I didn't feel well and didn't feel like eating in the evening so I know I was way under those days. Most days I hover at 1000

I use a polar HRM to calculate my calorie burn. I don't eat back my exercise calories because I'm not sure how accurate they are. I'm terrified of going over calories so I try to stay close but always under.

@eldamiano- Sorry to break it to you but I do. I weigh every single thing that goes into my mouth unless I'm out to eat and in that case I use the nutrition info from the restaurant. I have way too much to do to waste my time asking for advice on here if I wasn't being truthful. There are some days I may forget to log what…

"[/quote] A couple of quick comments on reply's I have read so far. 1) most probably already know but, I was a little slow to figure out. 45 cal =2 Tablespoons powder when you add the water it makes 1 tablespoon= 45 cal. 2) add as much or as little as you wish to get your desired thickness or thinness. 3) I add a pinch of…

Do you feel the polar is pretty acurate? I just bought a polar RS100 and used it for the first time this morning. It said 420 burned for 40 minutes of circuit training. Does that sound right?
