figuring calories
This may sound stupid but.... I made a pork loin in the crock pot and added Campells Apple bourbon slow cooker sauce. The nutrion info says it's 60 calories for 1/4 cup. I had 4 oz of the pork but I don't know how to add in the sauce calories. I can't imagine there was 1/4 cup of sauce in that 4 oz but how would you figure…

fitbit advice
I'm looking to purchase a fitbit but I want to get some opinions on it. Does if acurately count calories burned? How does if measure? I don't want it to just count steps. Does it measure, for example, plank work or crunches?

calories burned
How acurate is the data base here on mfp for calories burned. I don't have any other way to check but I've seen others telling people their calories burned looks inflated. How do you know for sure how many your burning?
